Orchard Updates

Save the Date: Annual Cider Squeeze

All adopters will receive priority for reserving slots at our Annual Cider Squeeze on Saturday, August 22nd from 10am to 2pm. We will email adopters with additional information about the event and how to reserve a pressing slot soon.

Want to help with this fun event? Volunteers are needed for set up and takedown during the event. Email us at curranappleorchard@gmail.com for more information.

Tree Care Activity: Tape Your Trees

Apples are appearing throughout the orchard. Tree adopters (both Pruning and Orchard Supporters) will need to tape their apple tree with flagging tape and hang "Do Not Pick - Adopter will Pick" signs. Flagging tape can be purchased at most hardware stores and some grocery stores in the hardware section. More information here

This is an important tree care activity! Taping your tree and hanging "Do Not Pick" signs will deter people who visit the orchard from picking apples from your tree, especially during Orchard Events.
